1. What is the best way to request an estimate?
For a quote, please fill out the online estimate form by tapping Request a Quote. We usually respond back by email within one business day.

2. If the cleaning crew does a great job in my home, is it ok to leave a gratuity for the cleaning crew?
Sure! Tips are a great way to show the cleaning crew you appreciate their hard work.

3. Do I need to prepare my home before the crew arrives on cleaning day?
Yes! .. On the morning of your scheduled cleaning, please make sure all floors, countertops and table-tops are clear of loose items. The kitchen sink should be clear of dishes. Make sure all beds are made.

4. Am I expected to provide my cleaning supplies to the crew?
The cleaning crew will arrive fully equipped with all of the necessary supplies to clean your home or commercial business. Residential and commercial accounts must provide refill supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and trash bags. Please let your cleaning crew know if it is ok for the crew to use your cleaning supplies.

5. Do I have to be at home when the cleaning team arrives?
You do not have to be present when the cleaning crew arrives to your home on cleaning day. If your home is cleaned on a recurring basis, we recommend three options to allow your crew access to your home. (1.) You can install an electronic deadbolt lock on the front door of your home. The next step is you would provide The Chore Experts with a separate code to gain entry into your home on cleaning day. Electronic deadbolt locks are available for purchase online or at any home improvement store. (2.) If your home has garage doors with an exterior keypad used for opening the garage door, you may provide your crew with the code to open the garage door of your home. (3.) Release a spare key to The Chore Experts. Your spare key will be stored inside a lockbox at our office and released to your crew only on cleaning day. We DO NOT recommend putting your spare key under your front door mat or leaving your door unlocked on cleaning day.

6. What is the cancellation policy for a scheduled cleaning appointment?
The Chore Experts will charge the entire rate of the cleaning for a cancellation received within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning date. A request to cancel your cleaning appointment must be submitted to The Chore Experts beyond 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning date to avoid a charge. Please submit a request by text message or email when you cancel a cleaning appointment(s). A last-minute cancellation on your part prevents your cleaning crew from servicing another customer’s home or commercial business. Which results in lost income for the crew. As a courtesy, we will send you a text message reminder before 5:00 p.m. on the day before your cleaning appointment. We do not send regular reminder text messages if your home is cleaned weekly. If the cleaning crew is unable to get access into your home due to an electronic deadbolt code issue, faulty key, faulty lock, subdivision entry gate, agitated dog or any other reason, you will be charged for the full price of the cleaning.

7. What if I am not completely satisfied with the last cleaning?
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning on the day of completion, please take pictures of the areas of concern with your smart phone. Then send those pictures to us along with a brief description of which areas were not cleaned well by either email or text message. After you send the text message or email to us, we will respond back to you within 24 hours. We will gladly schedule a day to send the cleaning crew back out to clean the area in question at no extra charge.  Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
